Charlotte Tilbury Toronto Collection Launch!

Don’t you just hate when you find a product that looks amazing and when you keep researching, you find it’s not available anywhere near where you live. The disappointment is real. Well I’ve been eyeing Charlotte Tilbury’s products for so long that I even planned a trip to the counter for an upcoming trip to London. I was thrilled when I heard she was launching her line at Holt Renfrew in Toronto, so I had to attend the event to hear Charlotte speak as well as pick up some goodies for myself!

The event was amazing! All the products were on display to test and play with. There were lots of beauty experts’ available providing makeovers with the goodies as well. Below is a photo of me after my makeover! Everything from her collections is gorgeous and there was no shortage of things I wanted to purchase. My favourite of the Charlotte looks are Dolce Vita and The Sophisticate. As a luxury line of make-up, the prices are a little higher than I would normally pay for products, but the quality makes it well worth the investment – especially when it comes to her famous Magic Cream!

As someone who dreams of working in the cosmetic industry, it was such an inspiration to meet Charlotte. She’s made a hugely positive impact in the industry by developing products that create stunning looks that are attainable by everyone, regardless of your cosmetic experience. With a YouTube channel filled with tips and ticks straight from Charlotte, its like having your own personal tutorial! I love that she encourages women to use cosmetics as a tool of empowerment and strength to feel as confident and beautiful as they are. She made it seem like anything really is possible and was encouraging to never quit working towards what you believe in.
