When heading out on vacation, I jam pack my schedule with sightseeing, museums, tours, and lots of eating. But during my time away, one day is always reserved for the ultimate activity –Shopping! So, while I was in London, I hit up Oxford Street and purchased some new beauty goodies and thought I would share!
Kiko Glitter Eyeliner – this isn’t the exact product I picked up, but it is similar. I want to start experimenting with a thin glitter line above thick black winged liner. The product goes on quite clear but dries glittery and fairly opaque. Stay tuned for a tutorial!
Kiko Eyeshadow in Pearly Copper – I recently watched a Khloe Kardashian inspired tutorial by Tanya Burr where she featured MAC’s Cranberry eye shadow. I’ve been looking for a similar product to try this look and loved this one by ! Hopefully I can recreate the look as beautifully as she does it!
Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipstick – Hepburn Honey: This product was a pure splurge. Since I went to the Charlotte Tilbury Toronto launch, I wanted to pick up one of her iconic products in the UK. Hepburn Honey is a beautiful nude shade that feels like butter on your lips. This won’t be my last Tilbury Lipstick!
Real Techniques Bold Metals Collection brushes – The original line of real techniques brushes is sold in Canada and I am a huge fan. I had to get my hands on the bold metals collection. I only bought two as a start, the flat contour and the pointed crease brush. I foresee some online shopping in my future. Both have densely packed bristles but are super soft. I love the way the contour brush gives me amazing accuracy when applying a powder bronzer! Hello, cheekbones!
And that’s all for my beauty haul! It isn’t huge, but i love everything I got. Let me know some of your most recent beauty buys!
Until next time,
